These Terms of Service govern the use of Salem Structures LLC websites and all content, services, and products available through them. The website is offered subject to acceptance of all terms and conditions without modification. By accessing or using any part of the website, users agree to be bound by these terms. If users do not agree, they may not access the website or use its services. The website is available only to individuals aged 13 or older. Users under 13 must obtain written parental approval or cease use immediately.

Non-human visitors, including web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, and harvesters, face special restrictions. Email addresses on the website are considered proprietary intellectual property valued at minimum US $50 each. Users acknowledge that compiling, storing, or distributing these addresses diminishes their value. Intentional collection, harvesting, gathering, and/or storing the website's email addresses is recognized as a violation of this agreement and expressly prohibited.

The agreement does not transfer any Salem Structures LLC or third-party intellectual property to users. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos remain with Salem Structures LLC or its licensors. User access grants no right to reproduce or use these marks.

Salem Structures LLC reserves the right to modify this agreement at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for checking periodically for changes. Continued use following posted changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Salem Structures LLC may terminate user access to all or part of the website at any time, with or without cause or notice. Users may discontinue use to terminate the agreement themselves.

Website materials are provided "as is." Salem Structures LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Salem Structures LLC, its suppliers, licensors, and associated individuals are not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages; procurement costs; interruption of use; data loss; or amounts exceeding fees paid in the prior twelve months. The company has no liability for failures due to matters beyond reasonable control.

Users represent and warrant that their website use complies with the Privacy Policy, this agreement, and all applicable laws. Use will not infringe or misappropriate third-party intellectual property rights.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salem Structures LLC, its contractors, licensors, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising from website use or agreement violations.

Suits or proceedings arising from these Terms of Service are governed by Ohio law. Users consent to jurisdiction of federal and state courts in Ohio and electronic service of process.

Users consent to having their Internet Protocol address recorded. Harvesting, gathering, storing, transferring, or sending messages to any recorded identifier constitutes acceptance and breach of these terms.

Salem Structures LLC may revise these terms at any time without notice. Using the website means accepting the current version of these conditions.
