Return and Shipping Policy for Salem Structures
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for all furniture purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-built or made-to-order furniture. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return.
We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your furniture is being shipped to the European Union (not currently offered), you would have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Note: We currently only ship within the U.S.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Schedule
All orders are processed and shipped once per week, typically on Tuesdays. Orders placed after Monday at 11:59 PM EST will ship the following Tuesday.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability. Larger items or remote delivery locations may require additional time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and item size. Free local delivery or delivery promotions may be offered periodically—check our website for current offers.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, contact us at info@salemstructures.com.
Delivery Area
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@salemstructures.com, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the delay.
